​Key Responsibilities:

- Possess NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 qualification with a minimum of 2 years ‘on-the-floor’ experience in the UK.
​
- Prioritise client and team experience as our core value.

- Build strong relationships with clients and fellow team members.

- Display a thirst for knowledge and growth.
​
- Collaborate as a team player, contributing to both personal and salon-wide goals.

•We're looking for candidates wanting to start or further their career in hairdressing. We offer full in house salon training - candidates earn while they learn, we offer competitive rates of pay above the national minimum apprenticeship wage.

Applicants must be enthusiastic and must be comfortable working with and talking to people.
​
An in salon apprenticeship will develop your skill set by working with real clients so that by the end of the program you will be fully employable!
​
Ideal for school, college or university leavers looking to learn a trade and begin a career. NVQ level 1, 2 & 3 positions available.

Develop your hairdressing: Looking to improve or perfect your hairdressing skills? We offer up to date and comprehensive in-salon academy training in key areas such as Balayage, Gents Barbering, and Colour Correction as well as foundational education to grow your confidence when working with your clients and improve your results behind the chair.
