It’s important to us that we get your hair just right. We offer a complimentary adjustment service within the first 14 days of your haircut or colour. An ‘adjustment’ for a haircut is defined as a simple change or fix which can typically be remedied in 15-30 minutes. Simply contact the salon and explain to one of our team what the problem is and they will arrange an appointment time for whatever adjustment may be required. Sometimes people change their minds - if you have decided that the shape or colour you requested isn’t right for you after all, and you would now prefer something different to what was originally requested, your original stylist may at their discretion offer a 50% price reduction as a good will gesture when an appointment is booked within 2 weeks of the original.
To help extend the life of your haircut we offer a complimentary fringe trim service as long as it is within 8 weeks of your last Pure Hair cut service. Bookings are only available with senior apprentice, graduate stylist, and stylist levels. (Fringe trim appointments can be double booked at the start of another cut service of a different client, as this can be cut while the main client is being shampooed)
As a service provider our aim is to run to time. However we are aware that occasionally life can get in the way and unexpectedly both clients, or our team can run late. For this reason we offer our clients a 10 minute cut off period from the scheduled booking time before having to reschedule the appointment. In return we ask that you are equally as understanding if our team are running late for your appointment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS or MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Should an appointment be cancelled less than 2 working days before the scheduled time - or an appointment be missed - you will be required to pay a nominal amount detailed below.
SECURING A RESERVATION
A valid credit card or pre-paid reservation fee is required to secure all bookings. We understand that things can change, if you need to move your appointment, please give us at least 2 working days notice and we will happily reschedule your appointment. Should your notice be less than 2 working days, we will in good faith endeavour to sell the empty appointment. If we are unable to do so you will be charged the nominal amount detailed below.

A valid credit card or pre-paid reservation fee is required to secure all bookings. All details are held securely on STRIPE, we don’t take a payment to store the details, but a charge is raised as a pre-authorisation which is refunded - it’s no different to making a hotel reservation. We can send you a secure form where you follow the link to add your payment details yourself, or I can do that for you now - it’s your choice.
All clients are required to have an AAT test at least 48 hours prior to their first colour appointment. Screening questions should be used every time. (Pending bug fix)

YOUR FIRST COLOUR
If you’re new to colour with us we highly recommend you have an in depth colour consultation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow us to assess the chemical history of your hair, test for sensitivity and complete a strand test which will enable us to guarantee we can colour your hair both safely and responsibly. CORRECTIVE COLOUR / TRANSFORMATIONS
Creating corrective colour, balayage or better than natural trend looks is a highly skilled and delicate process. It will take time, patience and numerous visits to get to the required end result. It’s also worth noting from a cost perspective that most corrective colour or colour transformations will need at least one further “follow up” appointment within 4-6 weeks following the first correction appointment to ‘refine and balance’. It’s impossible to quote for this service over the phone, a consultation is required. If it’s complex a consultation is required.
Those wishing to achieve a lighter colour of 3+ levels are required to have a strand test prior to their appointment to ensure we can colour your hair safely.
A quick, no fuss camouflage colour appointment is offered to regular clients wanting a top-up option between main colour services. This 15 minute colour appointment allows one of our stylists to touch up your grey 1 inch either side of your parting, and around the front of your hairline. Perfect for when you need a quick fix for an important occasion but perhaps are not ready for a full colour service.
Camouflage appointments can be booked no more than 4 weeks after a full colour service.
Only 1 camouflage colour appointment may be booked between full colour appointments. Available with selected stylists. Camouflage only appointment but be followed with a blowdry which is included in the price. £39
RECOMMEND A FRIEND
It’s a great compliment when you recommend someone new to your Pure Hair stylist. Recommend someone who has not been to our salon in 12 months to your preferred stylist and they will receive £10 off their first cut or colour. They should quote “Recommend a Friend” and mention your name at the time of booking. As a thank you you will also receive £10 off with the SAME stylist.
